About us

NT Corporate Solutions is 100% owned by a husband and wife team, Natalie and James Tempers.

Natalie Tempers

Natalie grew up in the countryside of the Weskus before moving to Cape Town. After she matriculated she studied bookkeeping and has for the past 33 years worked in the financial industry.

Natalie started NT Corporate Solutions in 2022 to help train, equip and develop people. Her goal is to make a difference and positive impact in places like Goedverwacht and similar places where she grew up. Natalie is a winner of the Whitaker Peace and Development Initiative’s (WPDI) Women Livelihood programme business plan competition.

A qualified caregiver, taking care of the elderly comes naturally to her. She also has a passion for working with children and teaching women to know their worth and to love themselves.

James Tempers

James, aka Jay-Tee, was born in Surry Estate before moving to Manenberg at the age of 5. After completing high school he completed a certificate in radio journalism. His career to date has included presenting on radio, sales and marketing.

James is the lead on the marketing, media and events side of NT Corporate Solutions. He has a copyrighted lecture entitled "What's Your GPS For Success?" that he delivers as a part of his consulting and mentoring.
